Hi, I am Maria Mitchell, Aromatic and Herbal Medicine practitioner and educator.

Maria Mitchell has been using essential oils for over 10 years, enthusiastically sharing her knowledge and experience of how the oils can work from the chemical to the energetic, to benefit emotional and physical well-being. She holds Advanced Diplomas in Herbal Medicine & Aromatic Medicine. A passionate student & teacher, Maria Mitchell is always seeking fresh ways to inform & educate on the responsible practice & application of Essential Oils. Author of the Aromatic Practitioners Reference, an in-clinic reference full of information for Advanced Clinical Aromatherapists, Aromatic Medicine Practitioners, Herbalists and Naturopaths who prescribe Essential Oils. Actively involved in the aromatherapy industry, Maria Mitchell currently holds the position of Vice President of the International Aromatherapy and Aromatic Medicine Association. Maria Mitchell lives and works in Sydney, where she continues to indulge her love of teaching aromatherapy to students seeking formal qualifications, and conducting workshops to practitioners wanting to expand their knowledge. Maria Mitchell also has a private practice in Aromatic and Herbal Medicine.
